I think Bill made it. He's the one I was giving the moonshine to and he's the only person I can think of who would build a place like that and have the ability to.
Hmmm...interesting... Tess also thought it was Bill, but Bill said it was a group: Rose, Rhys, Entrapta, and BJ. I suppose I'll have to speak to Entrapta or BJ to see what's what. It's becoming a bit of a wild goose chase and I half expect them to each tell me a different story, too.
Oh, maybe it was BJ and Rose. I think they're the ones who wrecked the Barge last year, when things had to be reset. Maybe that made the Brew happen.

Larry needs somewhere better than a cell in Zero to escape his radiation once in a while. I thought that perhaps we could replicate something like the Brew, only instead of a speakeasy, it would be a power nullification room that can only be accessed by the person who has the key.
