For her to be confined until it was sure she wouldn't do it again, at least.
But after speaking to her I'm convinced she will kill again. But the only sure way to get her off the ship is to get her graduated. We could keep her in Zero or confine her to her quarters, but come a breach or a flood it's likely she'd get out. Worse than before.
I think it's possible. We don't know much about her.
Even if there's no direct psychic link, voluntarily letting someone hurt you can create a mental or emotional bond, and I think she's smart enough to manipulate that.
